The facility offers a package of insurances to cover the liabilities you or your Company may encounter.

PI: £1,000,000 (In the aggregate)
PL: £2,000,000 (Any one occurrence)
EL: £10,000,000 (Any one occurrence)

Premium £350 Inc IPT

Up to £100,000 Turnover

PI: £1,000,000 (In the aggregate)
PL: £2,000,000 (Any one occurrence)
EL: £10,000,000(Any one occurrence)

Premium £445 Inc IPT

Up to £200,000 Turnover

PI: £1,000,000 (In the aggregate)
PL: £2,000,000 (Any one Occurrence)
EL: £10,000,000 (Any one Occurrence)

Step 1:	Download attachment 1 entitled Proposal Form and fill in accordingly
Step 2:	Sign and date the declaration at the bottom of the page
Step 3:	Send the form back to us either faxed (0207 929 4626), emailed to (allegis@blackmoreborley.com) or posted (37-39 Lime Street, London EC3M 7AY)
Step 4:	How to Pay If you wish to pay via 12 Interest free monthly Direct Debits, please download Attachment 3 entitled Direct Debit Mandate and return to us sign and dated. (This can be e-mailed, faxed or posted.) Make a cheque payable to Blackmore Borley Limited and place this in the post with your completed proposal form. Call us and provide Credit/Debit Card Details.
